We made Bacon-wrapped Chocolate Grisini.

We made Chicken fried Bacon.

We made our infamous Candied Bacon Ice Cream.

We wrap Figs in Bacon and grill them to perfection.

So of course, Bacon Jam was just a matter of time.

The only question is what to serve with it?

But, one way or another, it will be on the menu starting next week.
