Names full of ancient  and rich traditions in food and wine, but also alive with exciting and vibrantly modern flavors and styles.  Often presented as Ciccetti, or Italian style Tapas.

We took five wonderfully modern Italian wines of exceptional quality and depth and paired them with flavors from across Italy, both ancient as well as very modern, to create an exciting paired wine dinner.
