Bacon is in.  Big time.
From the Bacon Explosion (http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/28/dining/28bacon.html) to the Bacon Bra (you’ll have to search for that yourself!), all things bacon are being consumed with abandon.
And why not?  Hard times call for forbidden pleasures.  Like bacon, apparently.
So with no regrets or shame, Saturday’s Chef’s Special Menu will be all bacon.  Appearing in some familiar as well as some unusual guises.  But all delicious!  With some wonderful wines paired with each course.  So come luxuriate with us!
