Two of my favorite fall dishes – the Alsace style Onion Tart and the Bavarian Plum Tart – simply define fall and all the rich and hearty flavors it evokes.
Add to that a wonderful Kobacha Soup with fresh Pomegranates – yumm!
Then the agnolotti of roasted beets and roasted sweet potatoes with goat cheese combines a deep roasted richness with the natural sweetness of the two root vegetables. Toss in some thyme and Parmesan and the chill of fall is long forgotten!
