What ten bucks will get you

Angus beef.

Grilled till just pink inside, sliced thin, heaped high onto a toasted baguette, and napped with house-made chimichurri sauce. With home fries on the side.

Or fresh Atlantic salmon fillet.

Lightly grilled. With cherry gastrique sauce. And caramelized onion wild rice to round it out.

How ’bout fresh semolina pasta.

With zesty house-made pesto sauce, or a sweet tomato and basil sauce, or a creamy bacony carbonara sauce, or an unctuous roasted garlic and olive oil sauce?

Maybe some fresh risotto.

With lightly sauteed zucchini threads and pesto sauce, along with a liberal grating of fresh Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil?

Just a few of the things ten bucks will get you.

All day. Every day.

Naturally, I hope you enjoy one of these entrees with a glass of wine. Maybe start with an appetizer or finish with a dessert. But you don’t have to.

So it seems to me that ten bucks gets you quite a bit now days!
