  1. I ate at Sol del Sur for the first time tonight. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the BBQ, the Blue, and the Chicken and egg. The pickled onions on the Blue were amazing! The Chicken and egg was my favorite dish because it had the best textures and flavors all in one. For dessert I had the Lassi which was fantastic. It was so completely yummy I found myself sad when I’d eaten it all up. I also had cold brewed ice coffee with housemade almond/cashew milk and cinnamon with my dessert. Superb. I will definitely be coming back here and have already told several people about it.
    Thanks to Dave for a memorable exquisite meal!!

  4. Been here twice, and both meals were the best I’ve ever had. Simple ingredients expertly prepared. Absolute genius.
